This is a phenomenal Team; they have support staff, but whenever you directly need the Partners or the Principal, they avail themselves to you almost immediately. I have been dealing with them for quite some time now, and I am thoroughly impressed. Additionally, they have the gift of getting right to points, yet still being personable.
I won my case with his help. He passed me off to one of his attorneys, Dan Mahoney, who has zero interest nor any attention to detail. He didn't return my emails concerning specific element of my case. I asked him to please rectify this and it never happed. Either the guy is taking on too many cases or just not very sharp, but it was a bad experience for me even though we won. I give him credit, but I shouldn't have had to correct pertinent forms over & over & over again just because I wanted my case to be handled profession... read more
