I was so fortunate to find Amy during my second pregnancy from my prenatal yoga teacher's recommendation. She helped me manage severe nausea and gave me the physical and emotional support that I needed during a challenging time of my life. Her calm presence is so full of love and care. Amy's beautiful space was like second home to me. It still feels that way - so nourishing. I'm so glad that she is still a part of my life five years later and that she has opened up her office for workshops!
Amy was the support I needed at the end of my pregnancy and in my first few months postpartum. Honestly, when I look back on that time, I think of how stressful it was and then I think of how much Amy helped my husband and I through it all. She made a huge difference in our lives at a time when we needed the most help. We will be forever grateful.
Amy helped me through my first (successful) pregnancy and her lovely, supportive energy were a balm to my soul and body. I wish I still lived in CA just so I could go to her :)
