Very transactional and impersonal. I had a better experience with TurboTax, which is cheaper, and you actually speak with someone who walks you through the filing process as well as your return. Unfortunately, I did not have that experience through this firm.
Professional and knowledgeable organization with great leadership and community involvement. Highly recommend.
