I needed warranty work on my GE Cafe Dishwasher. Mitch Romero appliances sent Kevin. The appointment was scheduled quickly and Kevin arrived on time and took care of my issue quickly. I was very happy with the whole thing. bonus... Kevin is very helpful, friendly, and efficient.
Service tech Kevin was great and friendly! Would definitely use and recommend this company on any future appliance repairs. I have D&G aftermarket warranty, and the service cost me $0. Work done was LED lights, Door Gaskets & UI electronic control board. I asked the tech about how much this would have cost had I not had the warranty and he estimated about $700.
Kevin was very professional, polite and informative, would highly recommend!
