Our Sr .Technical from Mitch Romero Appliance, Arthur, arrived at our home on time and got right to work. He took time to talk to us about our freezer issues, performed several checks and proceeded to communicate with the manufacturer. He was very patient and did his best to work with the manufacturer to request a management review of our situation to see if any help could be provide to us. March 6, 2026 Service tech was rude and lied to me. I purchased a brand new Frigidaire freezer in November. The gaskets weren't sealing the freezer when I closed it. He discovered that the basket was preventing the door to close and that was correct. However, the freeze would not turn on. He said it was in defrost mode. I asked him how did he know and responded. I have extra insurance or extended insurance. Should I save from Lowes wood appliances I bought from Lowe’s they were the repair people or should I say company that Lowes recommended it came out to my house and scheduled different days twice not a problem, but don’t keep rescheduling because of the company‘s fault then when coming out to my house left never said nothing about leaving paperwork as to what’s wrong.
