FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! GREAT COMMUNICATION!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Arthur serviced my washer for me through a warranty agreement I had. He was wonderful, showed up on time every time he came out and he called several times after the repairs to make sure all was working OK.
Kevin was sent to repair my dishwasher and was very knowledgeable, efficient and explained exactly what was wrong. He was very friendly and professional and was able to get my dishwasher fixed and working properly! I would definitely recommend!
Terrible experience with this company. I trusted them because of a good previous experience. 2 1/2 year old dryer was making a clicking noise. I pay there call fee for them to come out and tell me everything was wrong and I needed to buy a new dryer ($1000). I get someone else out to get another opinion. Turns out none of those things are wrong and the guy was able to fix it for $250. And of course they won’t return the money I paid for them to come misdiagnose the issue. This is a whirlpool claim. Took a week and a half for my part to come in. I was told they'd be out on Saturday. Never showed or returned my phone calls. Not a happy customer right now. This is very unprofessional.
