Kevin came out and fixed our dishwasher and was extremely professional. He made sure that we knew ahead of schedule when he'd be there, he answered all of our questions and gave us extra tips as well. I would definitely recommend this business.
Kevin came to repair my washer and was the best help I’ve ever received. Very nice, professional, and informative. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly and in working order. It took him about 5 or 6 trips and many new parts but each time he was great to work with. Hopefully this completes the repair but I know if he has to come back he’ll be just as helpful as every other time. It was all through Lowe’s warranty so it was a little process. Very satisfied customer!
My microwave went out and since it was still under warranty I filed a claim with the manufacturer and they are the ones that dispatched Mitch Romero’s and I’m so glad they did. I had very positive experience with my technician Kenneth. He was friendly and very professional. If I have any problems in the future with any appliances I know who I’m going to call.
Kevin was assigned to repair our dryer (Speed Queen). Our dryer has needed repair 4 times. Kevin noticed that the previous repairs were done incorrectly- the wrong part was used. He took his time in explaining the situation to me as he had run into the same problem before, but spent extra time to figure this out. I am so happy to have a working dryer. I’d recommend this company to anyone. I had the best experience!! Well I bought my washer & dryer through Lowes and had trouble getting reliable ppl out here to help. I reached out to Mitch Romero and not only did they agree to help me but they also communicated well with me. They kept me in the loop of the process of getting my washer fixed.The repair technician even offered me earlier than scheduled times to come over and fix my washer.
