Do not assume you can just go here and donate your furniture. They seem like nice people, but they scoffed and passed on my couch, which put me in a very tricky situation. Try giving it away for free on Facebook marketplace instead
Furniture donation. Lack of attention and support from staff. Person at the front desk was not of much use. Asked us to look for and ask the woman “inside” who turned out to be busy. Frustrating while carrying heavy furniture.
Beware if you're trying to donate a piece of furniture, they require it to be in essentially brand new condition otherwise they'll pass
What a great mission! Nice little store. Never found anything here but fun to stop by. You need an MIT, Harvard, BU or tufts ID, I think.
