Misura has not only wasted a huge amount of the time for both me and my partner, and they have also been quite nasty and unpleasant to deal with. We went into the store and had a sales assistant promise us a discount, take around two hours to sort out paperwork and then try to change the price on us the next time we went in. Extremely disappointing experience — not what you’d expect from any business that values its customers. We were quoted a price for some chairs, along with an offer to borrow loaner chairs while waiting for the order. We gave a clear heads-up that we’d be coming in to proceed with the sale and pick up the loaners — Ellyza, the sales associate, said “okay.” But once we got there, she acted as if the quoted price didn’t exist. We cannot speak highly enough about the MISURA team. Everyone from the showroom, administration and delivery people were helpful and courteous. Gigi was outstanding in her willingness to accomodate our delays with delivery. We are delighted with our purchase of a Tyron table that looks amazing in our new apartment. I would thoroughly recommend MISURA if you are looking for amazing design and quality furniture.
