This place is disgusting. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My Mother was told they were not allowed to help her to the restroom and that she would have to go to the restroom in a diaper and then they would come and clean her up. She could not hold it and had to humiliate herself and go in the diaper and then it leaked through and soaked her clothing and the bedding and they made her sit in her urine for more than 30 minutes and did not come to see her when she pushed the emergency button 6 times. The staff is unprofessional and they don’t take care of their residents at all on their phones will the call lights on because they need help and they ignore it this is not a place for your love one would not recommend

When I arrived at the facility today. I was greeted by the receptionist, and she was able to get someone to help me very quickly. And it was the ADON. She showed me to the patients room. And introduced me to the CNA, and Nurse on the floor. They both were very helpful, with all the questions our NPA had about the patient. I can say the facility was very clean, No smells. A lot of interacting with the residents. I give them 5 plus stars

Miss Wanda and Jennifer were very helpful and kind the physical therapist Blake and Kayla were great also your whole staff was wonderful those were the only names I could remember thank y'all for taking care of me sincerely Greg manbeck
