Bad customer service....I called and the lady was extremely short with me.
AVOID !! Friendly staff. Saved me hundreds of dollars because they would not let me inspect the pistol I was interested in. They said I could check it out after I bought it. This leads me to believe they sell broken and damaged goods. I was also interested in a welder and they told me they plugged it in outside and tried it but the plug was 110 and the welder was 220. And they would not guarantee the welder unless I paid for a warranty ?? AVOID!

Absolutely atrocious customer service, bad selection of over priced used tools. I was hear a few days ago and the larger lady there was rude too me as soon as I walked in. I had asked her if they took or sold and DeWalt drills as I had one as was looking to upgrade. Soon as that question came out of my mouth she responded with " we don't take "Trash like that so why don't you find a different store".
