This is best experience I’ve ever had with any company. I called to inquire about a rear shock and they (Chris) took the time to answer tons of questions for me in order to make sure I was getting the right parts for my bike. Chris actually informed me about things I didn’t ask about but needed to know for the install and swap of parts. He was patient, kind and incredibly knowledgeable.
