Amazing suspension shop. Alex helped me multiple times with questions I had while doing my first full fork rebuild. And Chris helped me find and order the parts and tools I needed for the job. A great duo to provide you a sanity check if you do your own service but aren’t yet an expert at it. They’ll keep you squared away. The YouTube channel and blog are quite good, too.
Absolutely superb customer service! I ordered a shock online Thanksgiving morning and immediately discovered I ordered the wrong one. I emailed customer support asking them to contact me when they got back to the shop on Friday so we could fix the error before it shipped.
