WORST COMPANY, I have ever dealt with. Does not even deserve a rating of 1. Rented a tux, had a hole in the crotch area which got much bigger throughout the night. Contacted the owner, George, who tried to say that my son must have put the hole in the pants while putting them on. He continued to explain how the place he rents from checks everything, however, no where in the conversation did he apologize or offer anything to rectify the situation. horrible experience . the tuxedos were cheap and not clean. they had my order wrong and nothing matched. the new owner is very rude . horrible customer service
Hands down Mister Formal best tuxedo shop in West Palm Beach. Wonderful service, friendly and helpful. My fiancé and I will definitely be recommending Mister Formal to all our friends and family.
