Our cat decided it would be fun to push my Pixel 6a off the table and onto the floor on Saturday night, with an unsurprising effect on the screen! A quick search, and I booked in for replacement at Mr Click for first thing Monday morning. The first new replacement screen was defective (not their fault, of course). They were able to source a second screen from another store, and still had me on way with my phone repaired by 10.30am. Genuine part, bright and clear as new. Outstanding service. Excellent workmanship. Highly reco... read more

I got my Pixel 6 pro screen replaced with Sam. To DIY with new OEM service pack would cost me $360, 2-3hrs, and at least 3-day postage time. At Sam's shop, the refurbished screen including labor for only $260 + a free brand new phone case was absolutely amazing value. Sam's screen had same brightness, no dead zones, fingerprint censor all works like new, and was more responsive than my og screen! Also it only took 1-hour on a busy day!! Would 120% recommend👍👍

Sam is like a doctor for your phone. He’s so experienced that he made it seem effortless - he barely took 10 seconds to understand my iPhone X’s issue when I brought it in at 9am and he promptly had it done by 11. If you’re thinking of upgrading your phone, definitely ask him for his suggestion because he’s got some useful tips to share! He’s cool, calm and so easy to talk to. He’d be a better real-life doctor than some of the GPs I’ve been to! Definitely coming back again if I have any phone issues.

I have been to see the guys here many times since this year (I’m clumsy with my electronics) and every time they are swift, friendly, and go above and beyond. My last visit was for my laptop screen and they had it ready for pickup in a matter of hours. Sam and the team are knowledgeable, calm and collected, and always friendly ~ the only perk to my faulty electronics is knowing that going to see these guys is always a smooth and happy experience. They are the absolute best.

Thought my screen had cracked from a fall. Took it to Mister Click. They could have easily said it was a full screen replacement, but he was very honest and reported it was only the screen protector so he put on a new one and all for a 10th of the screen replacement cost. Highly trustworthy and great service.
