This place used to be great, but since the new BJ took over, the atmosphere has changed. He is very rude and disrespectful toward women and comes across as sexist. The soap dispensers are often turned down so low that you barely see any suds. If you don't like working with people, customer service may not be the right fit. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership and taking my business to a different store. I hope management addresses these concerns and improves the customer experience.
I would like to see mat cleaners. A detail service would be nice too 😊 It was a good experience overall. It cleaned my car pretty well. I used the Platinum wash.

This place is supposed to open at 7 AM. It is now 8 AM and it’s still not open while the website says they’re open lot full of customers waiting for service do better.
