Working with Rae and MTI provided insight into my leadership style and areas I can modify to be more effective. Rae presented questions in a non-threatening (even encouraging) way that caused me to think more deeply about how I lead. She helped me realize the positive attributes of my style and through her positive approach I gained enthusiasm to continue learning and growing.
