The wait time just to talk to someone needs to improve and making payments online and over the phone
Called multiple times and unable to speak to anyone. Get automated message and then it hangs up.
I would give no stars if I could the online system is garbage. I wish it would just let you talk to someone instead of relying on automated systems that dont understand you I had to call 3 times and say and type in everything just to get no where.
All I need is a fax # to the Jefferson city DMV office to fax my information to get my driver's license valid thank you .
