was in and out within 30 min to get my title paperwork done and to get new plates. had to drive from kcmo but it was worth it instead of waiting weeks in the mail

This place is a complete waste, No one will answer the phones. They tell you to go online and talk to an AI bot that can only answer basic questions about vehicles. If our Governor wants to cut money, then he Should Fired half the so called state employees. Send in forms that takes seconds to review and approve, but nope it takes state employees months to do a simple task. Worst customer service ever, don't even get me start of how many state employees get state vehicles as their personal use.

I went to the 3rd floor Motot Veh div to get my motorcycle plates renewed. They're doing a new thing (new to me anyway) where there was a lady sitting right inside the entry door who checks to make sure you have everything necessary BEFORE you wait in line only to have a window clerk tell you that you're missing something and have to come back. This lady was funny, entertaining and had great energy while talking to customers.
