Going on 2 months. They don't mail notifications or answer with good info. I should have driven the app to them. Horrible. Dora is bad also.

Why have a call back option if no one actually calls back!?!? This place is useless...
Tried the online registration for the first time, it had all my information and was very easy.....until it told me my personal property tax did not match. Pulled my receipts, entered my data exactly as it was written, and still says it doesn't match. Every DMV within an hour of me is not open on the weekends and the one near my house is terrible. Links they send in letters do not work. Nora Chat NEVER connects to a live agent, when you call it immediately, no matter what time I have called, automation says something along the lines that they are NOT accepting calls because of high volume of calls, I have also EMAILED four days in a row and guess what? No response from either of the emails as well. They are demanding money from me, that I am TRYING to give them and.....N.o.t.h.i.n.g. Can't even talk to anyone....
