I was here a couple of days ago for car registration. Unfortunately, the lady who assisted me was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Her behavior also came across as discriminatory and made me feel uncomfortable as a person of color. Her name is JC. Horrible customer service and rudest employees at DMV with attitudes bigger than their egos. Horrible!
The people working here are useless. They don’t know or understand how the law works and what professionalism is. Sad!!!
