After being a good paying customer for several years I had a question about a bill today. The repairman (who was 100% professional and nice) called Denise in the office to check on it and I heard Denise tell him "HE'S FULL OF S**T". I didn't think I deserved that. She's been very rude to me several times before.... Hardly the kind of customer service that should be expected from any company at anytime.
