Horrific! We purchased a 2014 truck in December 2015, it was a lemon from Fletcher Ford in Joplin, Mo. They took it back in and we traded it for a new 2014 truck in 2016 February. Just went to get Tags for the truck for 2017 and the lady in Carthage said; we owe $725.34 for the lemon truck which you don't have and $607.00 for the truck you traded in for, $1,334!!!
