My son and I just made a pit stop to take a look, and had a great experience! I didn't catch the lady's name, unfortunately, but she was SO helpful... taking time to share information about the pipes I was looking at, and also was so kind to my 7 year old son who was obsessed with the rubber ducks he wanted me to buy him from the store! Worth the stop! Thanks for a great memory with my son, and some awesome new corn cob pipe gear. :)
These folks make a fantastic product. I have a large collection of very expensive pipes. I inherited it from my brother and my uncle and my dad. I have purchased about a dozen Missouri Meerschaum pipes over the last 20 years. These are well-made and built to last. They are my preferred pipe. They are my go to pipe. They smoke really well. They last a long time and are easy to clean. I like the 6 mm filter and I get a lot of compliments when smoking Captain Black white label.
From the museum to the items available for sale to the hospitality of the employees, this visit is a MUST!
This company doesn’t Stand behind their product. I was excited to purchase my first cob which was bought new from an eBay store. The top of the bowl cracked first smoke. I sent an email to Missouri meerschaum with detailed images, purchase date, with the correct packaging and they told me they are unable to confirm my purchase since it wasn’t from an authorized dealer.
