We purchased a lift chair. After about eight months, the control malfunctioned, so we contacted Missouri Furniture Customer Service. They immediately made arrangements to pick up the chair and bring us a loaner, which was an even better chair with more features. We fell in love with the loaner chair and contacted customer service to inquire if we could trade the originally purchased chair for the loaner and pay the difference in price. (Tech was great)we purchased hot tub from missouri furniture problem was staff at where we bought it would not get back with me but only in a Email maybe I'm old school but relationships start up front not in a Email 2nd not on timely manner at that they said just keep checking your email lol that is terrible they just don't do business in favor of the customer would I buy again absolutely not only twice in my life have I given bad reviews this is one them and 3 is being generous I try not be vindictive.

Greg N. and Dalton T. set up our new mattress and base for us and took our old mattress and box spring away. They did an excellent job. The new mattress and base work as advertised, with the head and foot adjusting with the remote control as they're supposed to.
