If I could give DESE a negative 10 I would. The staff are hit and miss. Some are rude and dismiss you. Reading it seems from a teleprompter. All the while they do not and have not been trained properly on anyone that has small business. Meaning their own protocols they don't even approve. They send you chasing after your tail. Called for a mistyped in my information and only had to wait 10 minutes to be connected! Then the women I spoke to was very polite and speeding, and best of all helped me correct my information!
Spent months contacting you about the fact that Camden county school district is refusing to give me my actual credits for 9th 9th and 10 th grades in they're school my blood relation works they're and is mad I put my father away for child molestation and are keeping my records from me. Your office has not contacted me back I now have no choice if I don't hear from your office in thirty days I'm file a law suit
