Disappointed I do not recommend the NorthOak Branch on a Saturday stood for almost 15 min waiting and only 1 customer was being seen I was the only person in the bank waiting, no greeting, they were not busy, and this was my first time coming to the NorthOak Branch II finally left with no help, Not customer service friendly will look for better Customer Service Friendly Credit Union Banks.
Staff Always pleasant And ready to help!
Had a stressful situation the other day with the drive thru. They had a person that was training and not trying to gather any additional information to rectify the issue. When I asked to speak with the branch manager I was told they were not in. I proceeded to leave the drive thru and go inside of the bank and Sherry was able to work with me to get the situation resolved.
