Had a stressful situation the other day with the drive thru. They had a person that was training and not trying to gather any additional information to rectify the issue. When I asked to speak with the branch manager I was told they were not in. I proceeded to leave the drive thru and go inside of the bank and Sherry was able to work with me to get the situation resolved.
We had a car loan with them for 16 months. 3 times in a row they lost our payment and acted like it was our fault. Last straw came when they tired to start charging us for car insurance saying we had not provided proof of insurance for 16 months. That was a lie because our insurance company sent it in every 6 months. I had to get all the paperwork and take to them. The manager Rebecca was rude and would not even sit down and talk. I have been with us bank for many years - they are inconsiderate, and they lie. They let their tellers do all the dirty work. I will be closing my account permanently very soon please do not ever trust Jenny. They obviously through all the years have not appreciated, my loyalty to the bank. I would suggest you take your money elsewhere. I will be doing that as well. Update 9/16 She closed my account unauthorized to do so - no call back she is avoiding me I want to hear from your boss
