Horrible experience with MOR. Horrible! We filed ethics violation against two realtors. Jim Bachand was our point of contact. He failed to send out emails in a timely manner, completely failed to notify us on key items, failed to send an email to one of our witnesses. He was incompetent at doing the job of managing information and notifying us. Furthermore, the whole ethics hearing was a joke. How does one rate a professional trade organization? In the 25+ years I've belonged the staff has always been courteous, professional and gone out of their way to make me proud to be a Realtor. Not the place to stop if your looking for a home, but if you have questions about the process or your agent this is the place to turn to.
