Very nice, quaint location. Staff is so very friendly and approachable.
The people are nice enough, but if you need help, prepare to be on intergalactic hold until the previous 17 callers have given up trying to get through. My mission was to get my 3X-declined card to be honored, but after speaking on two calls to two different reps, the last one told me MC would authorize the donation, but with a 'hold', then she told me they wouldn't authorize it because i might not be who i said i was and the org i wanted to donate to was foreign...this after answering a bunch of security questions for her o... read more
I’m very happy with the care and help that I’ve received!
Stevensville is by far the worst branch when it comes to good customer service would have given 0 stars if it were possible…highly suggest going to literally any other branch than this one
