Went to print something and was informed of the pricing and then after about 15 minutes they were done and I was charged almost $3.50 for two sheets that should have cost less then $1.40 because at the last moment he informed me of the fee for getting the image printer ready which I had zero knowledge of. I gave him $5 cash and told him to keep the change; but after thinking about it I was upset. When a customer directly asks "what's the cost" and is charged almost 3x the amount that was told, it makes a person think..
