I received physical therapy for an injured knee from Bob Botkin. Before therapy I had difficulty getting in or out of my car, going up or down stairs, grocery shop, or walk without a limp. I could only bend my knee a few inches and it hurt. After therapy, I can bend it, walk, use stairs, hike again and swim. It moves easy and is totally pain free! Thank You Bob!!!
I received physical therapy for an injured knee from Bob Botkin. Before therapy I could not get in or out of my car, go up or down stairs, grocery shop, or walk without a limp and usually I used a cane. I could only bend it a few inches. After 6 weeks of therapy, I can bend it, walk, hike again and swim. It moves easy and is totally pain free! Thank You Bob!!!
