Never received a birth certificate ordered online almost 3 months ago. Very unhelpful when I called.

Went there today, 10/20/25 to get 2 certified copies of my birth certificate. I presented a completed application to the officer at check-in. He said everything was OK, get in line for the next available window. The attendant looked at me, smiled, and motioned for me to come to the window. I presented the application, required ID, wrote a personal check, and was out in less than 5 minutes. My personal check was from an out of state bank. It was accepted with no problems.
