I would give zero stars if I could. The girl as the front receptionist was absolutely horrible. You can tell she hates her job and interacting with people. She literally prevented me from seeing the doctor because I told her I was going to tell the doctor how she was so unpleasant and mean. So hopefully the doctor will see this review and do something about her front receptionist. I called my referring doctor and told them about the horrible experience with this place.

Dr Teresa Crout and the whole staff epitomize the standard in excellence when it comes to knowledge and patient care. From dealing with insurance approval, billing and empathizing with a patient's new life changes that comes with a new disease process, they are there cheerfully every time you need them.
