The ease of making appointments and service were exceptional. I will certainly remain a returning customer.
Mississippi Energy Services was great to work with. From scheduling to the actual service call...things were super easy. The technician contacted me when he arrived, walked me thru everything he was going to do for the service. He called me when he was done so he could test the system under a load. Then called me again to let me know he was finished. Overall a great experience.
They are very professional and the best place to get a generator. We've had ours a year and been very pleased.
