Was told to wait 4-6 weeks for my return. After 6 weeks, I called and they said they needed two documents. I sent the documents. Then I was told to wait 16 weeks from filing date. Just called today since it's been more than 16 weeks and they said no one ever reviewed the documents I sent. So the CSR reviewed them, said everything was good, and to please allow an additional 45 business days to get my refund. Absolutely the worst.
If I could leave no stars that would be great. They claim they want to help you but all they do is ignore your calls and will not communicate with you when you have a problem or trying to solve an issue with your taxes. They are completely ignorant people when it comes to doing business. Especially the agent over your area, complete idiots! Go ahead a bash me if you will, I don't care anymore. They should get off their asses and communicate with people.
