Chantelle, Aksa and Meghana helped me so much to prepare towards my delivery. I visited Chantelle as a prenatal pelvic floor physiotherapist, and she gave me great advice and exercises, and as soon as we learned I was having a C-Section she provided me with extra info to help me with my recovery. The prenatal massages also saved my back from all the weight I’ve been carrying on the belly, and I found myself looking forward to them every week.
Found this place online and have been to a couple appointments now. I am very happy I came across them. Staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable, friendly. I am very happy with my PT Shaera, she has taught me so much already in just a few appointments. Can't wait to see more results! I am so glad i pushed myself to book Pelvic floor therapy
