Loved the staff! Super kind and helpful but was not impressed with the manger daniella. I have been visiting my grandparents at mission wood for a while now and have never had an issue until recently, when one of the new mangers started working there. She was extremely rude and arguably racist to me. When I was just trying to find what new room my grandparents were assigned to she would not give me the time of day and was just giving me a dirty look.
