I had a very disappointing experience working with Mission 35 Mortgage. Communication was poor throughout the process—calls were not returned, and I often felt ignored rather than supported. I also found their approach to be judgmental instead of understanding and professional. Buying or refinancing a home is a significant financial decision, and I expected better customer service, responsiveness, and respect.
