We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference. Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional center was so amazing. They are a very caring facility.
Friendly people, great therapists and excellent food!
My mother was recently a patient. The staff was great - from the Nursing, CNAs, PT, OT, Speech Therapy, janitorial staff (her room was always clean) to the Dietary Staff. Everyone was extremely helpful & attentive towards her. I highly recommend Mission Valley Nursing and Transitional Care. My sincere thanks for all your hard work. God bless.
At start the food was okay but they start sending not good food
This was a good choice for my mom for short-term physical therapy, the people are very friendly the place is warm and inviting love the decor, the rooms are large and pleasant and well kept, all the rooms are clean and it does not have the old people home smell thank god, it could use some more medical equipment to make their job easier like better beds, better wheelchair equipment, better bedside tables everything seems very old and dated and the beds don't have roll out rails on the bedside which could be dangerous for fal... read more
