Like all other banks that profess customer service and intimacy, Mission Valley could care less. It's about transactions and what you can do for me yesterday. Do not buy anything they are selling. Go to your local Credit Union that actually appreciates you as a person or business, not as a transaction.
Great customer service on the phone, unfortunate wasn't able to provide me with a loan but gave me great references.
