great service. mission tile knows customer service. bought some tile from jennifer who helped me find something in my budget. she was so nice and professional,i wish i had been here first before buying tiles from the surly people at ann sacks. anyway,walked next door after buying some tile and was helped by kathy.i really can't believe customer service can be so great. i needed everything from sinks,shower head,drains, to towel bars for a complete remodel and she spent so much time helping me pick out exactly what i needed .... read more
Too stuffy and over priced The yellow pages add seemed impressive but, I got the feeling they would be high end.My wife and I wanted to give them a try since they were close to my home. We had to sign in just to be waited on which was 1 strike, the wait time was too long - 2nd strike, 3rd strike the salesperson did not listen to what we wanted and kept taking us to tiles that were outrageously priced for our budget.
Fantastic! My wife and I have been searching for tile to match our decor in our home for quite some time, until finally a friend recommended Mission Tile West. We found EXACTLY what we wanted three times over. We actually had to debate in our choices because of their huge selection. They literally have every color option available, style, etc you are looking for. To top it off they offered personal service. Highly recommended!!
If You Can't Find It Here You Won't Be Able To Find It Mission Tile has the largest selection of tile I've ever seen. After recently doing some remodeling at my home, I was referred to Mission Tile. I was completely blown away at the size of the store, the selection and the staff! The staff's knowledge helps make the store seem smaller than it is, and they really know their stuff. Mission Tile West This place was very good and I would reccomend it. Service is friendly and helpful without being too pushy or rude. The selection is good and you can find whatever you are looking for - but chances are you will see something else you like even more!
Beautiful selection Very large, varied and impressive inventory to choose from. Be sure to write your name down on the "Request Assistance" list as soon as you walk in if you know you'll need help. They have plenty of friendly staff on hand to take care of you individually. I showed them a yellow tile from 1936 that I've been trying to match for years. They instantly produced a match and let me take it home to see if it would work.
This place has it all. Wonderful selection of unique tiles.
