I bought pants here about an hour ago without change rooms. I brought them back as they didn't fit, to the same customer service rep Patty. She would not take the pants back unless I exchanged them in the store when I don't want anything else. Patty involved other customers to engage in aggression as I am the one in the wrong as I can't change into them at the shop. Nice layout and presentation
Only thrift store I've ever been to where they will refuse to sell something they've neglected to price. Every other thrift store will price it at the till, but apparently this place's manager is the only thrift store manager in existence that is "too busy" to do customer service.
