I usually use turbo tax but I wanted to go to a professional since there were different circumstances and rather be safe than sorry. She charged “standard price” PLUS fees. And when there were issues and delays she did NOTHING to help just referred me to the website. I called to get some basic information from MY file and she said “it’s $25 if you want me to print out a new copy” literally $25 to print some papers???
