Horrific! My mom was sent here for short term rehabilitation after colon surgery and removal of her right kidney. My dad got her there and there was no wheelchair available right when he arrived. He had to wait for someone to go and find one. The smell of urine permeated the halls. My mom was only five days post surgery and had been using a walker at the hospital when she got out of the bed. My family member was treated horribly by management. She had thousands of ants in her room!! If I could give a zero star I would because they don’t deserve one star. They just wanted her money.
Have spent 5 weeks here for wound care. The staff was always caring and helpful with whatever I needed. Nursing crew was beyond AWESOME.
