Very rarely do I leave a negative review, unless warranted. I would give no stars if possible. This is your sign to NOT take someone you love to this facility. This is a great place to drop off a family member you despise. Cramped and filthy rooms, and very hard to visit loved ones because staff doesn’t check the door for visitors. Good luck trying to get help/answers from management about just about anything. My dad is a resident at this facility, and he receives excellent care. I can tell that he is being well taken care of, because he is always content and speaks highly of the staff.
