My son in law was in this facility for 4 months and the person who stepped up to really help us was Pam M the social worker. We were at wits end to get things done and she stepped in and saved us. Pam followed up on all our issues and did it as a professional but with kindness and care. I hope they understand what a Gem they have in that place. They better treat her as royalty, or she might be scooped up by some other place. If I was in the hospital or rehab business, she would be the first person I would hire.
This place is absolutely horrible!!! Do not bring your loved ones here!! First of all it smells disgusting, there was soiled linen left all over the building, the building is old and needs immediate repairs and improvements. The staff is rude, I have witnessed them speak horribly to the patients there, which literally brought tears to my eyes. They are completely unorganized and downright mean! I repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY HERE!
I have visited there and it is nasty. The staff was rude and inattentive. The place looks like it should be condemned and torn down.
