This is the best place my brother has been. Health has improved tremendously , and I don't have to worry about him.
I’m just a visitor. I visit my best friend every week, driving in from 12 Mile and Halstead. We’ e been friends for65 yrs. She seems to be getting good care. I just wish she had PT.
My father was here for approximately 3 weeks. While the food may not be the best and they seem to need more staff--my dad received excellent care when he was there. The nurses and aides were extremely kind and always friendly, giving us updates on how my dad was doing. They actually helped feed my dad and did not just leave the tray at the bedside. I saw skilled nursing residents up in the common areas watching tv. It definitely has room for improvement, but whenever we had a complaint they listened and did their best to fix... read more
The care is horrible, food is horrible! The staff is not trained to even look after a dog! This place sucks!
