Let me just start with the positives, Tonya my CNA was absolutely amazing, she was there when I needed her the most, when there was major issue with my food or just an issue in total she stood up and made sure that my voice was heard and she treated me with a warming environment while also making sure things were handled in a timely and professional manner. Do not go here, not enough help. If you have to because there's no where else, visit every day.
I've been here almost 2 weeks it takes hrs to see a nurse I should have had my pain meds 3 hrs ago do not recommend to anyone there's a rehab on beecher rd way better
This place better get their shit together or it's going to be a real issue. My mother has been in there for 3 days and just now getting her meds. Ringing her bell and not having some come in to check on her for hours. This is going to be a real problem.
Staff is very caring and the facility is clean. My mom has dementia and they take care of her well. They have a lot of activities for the residents to keep them busy. Angela the DON is awesome!
