They gave me a bell to ring and never would answer it wasnot too happy the first time I spent a month it was great but this time was a 180 not happy
Let me just start with the positives, Tonya my CNA was absolutely amazing, she was there when I needed her the most, when there was major issue with my food or just an issue in total she stood up and made sure that my voice was heard and she treated me with a warming environment while also making sure things were handled in a timely and professional manner.
