Very unorganized, understaffed, management never answers or responds to phone calls, and the facility never has supplies. If you love your family member /friend please take them somewhere that values the quality of care patients receive. I would give zero stars if I could! You'd think because of the location it would be a decent place but no; old building, poor management from the DON down, bare minimum patient care provided, ill staffed, inadequately supplied, and very very ghetto
Never would recommend this place. They have a very difficult time helping Residents on a daily basis . Very old Medicare building , smelly , staff can be always on their phones etc.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST NURSING HOME EVER
Outstanding staff! My son is doing very well and the care is excellent!!
