I read the reviews before putting my dad here. And I thought it really can't be this bad. We didn't have many options for my dad's condition so we placed him here. But I wish I hadn't. Admission was good and went seemlessly. The big meeting where you meet the nurses, aides and staff. Sounded like they have it together and it gonna be great. NOPE! Ever since Villa took over from mission point they have got rid of all the good nurses they hired Young nurses that don't know what they're doing. My mother died June 28th I paid a month in advance 3,335 four July and I still haven't got my money back they're very rude when you talk to them I've even talked to the main office no response back it's been more than 60 days I had to borrow money to bury my mother you think they would give us our money back but no response. Definitely friendly and attentive staff. Feels very down to earth. Well organized and helping my father do a Medicaid application. Very responsive to phone calls and messages.
Just do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go someplace else. DO NOT send any items period without serious labels. DO NOT send clothes you like or are your favorites. DO NOT send your loved ones with dementia to this facility. If it's a simple rehab visit, you might be ok. If you need any level of extensive help or care, I wouldn't recommend it here.
