Definitely friendly and attentive staff. Feels very down to earth. Well organized and helping my father do a Medicaid application. Very responsive to phone calls and messages.
Just do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go someplace else. DO NOT send any items period without serious labels. DO NOT send clothes you like or are your favorites. DO NOT send your loved ones with dementia to this facility. If it's a simple rehab visit, you might be ok. If you need any level of extensive help or care, I wouldn't recommend it here.
