It was terrible here and I wouldn't let them take of a goldfish!! So unprofessional and disrespectful and liars also. I hated it here I discharged out because I stressed in that place!! Don't let none of your family come here just a terrible place to recover and be at!!

I wanted to keep my husband at home but it became impossible with all his care needs. Jerry went to Mission Point here in Cedar Springs. We could not have asked for better care than my husband and all of his family received during his short stay. We want to thank all the staff for their wonderful care and support. Amy Jo Hall

The hospital sent my mom here for rehab. We were told she would be in a private room, but she wasn't. We were told they had electric recliner lift chairs, but they didn't and they refused to get her one. Her room was dusty. My mom was very uncomfortable and unhappy after just 2 days here. The care manager at the hospital was not given the correct Info, as well as us being misinformed. It is a very old rehab and nursing home. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place was a terrible. They neglected my father, lost his clothes, left him laying naked and covered in urine. He was suffering from delirium after a sepsis caused from a severe uti. He pulled his Foley catheter out while there. A year later he ended up having surgery because it had literally broken off, 3 inches of it was inside his bladder and we had no ideas because the incompetent people there didnt report that the catheter was broken.
