My aunt resides here and so far no complaints. She loves the staff, facility, and activities they put together for the residents. She’s always talking about activities when we speak or visit.
Great place to have your loved ones…very welcoming, clean and the staff is great!
Family oriented, Ta-Mira is a great staff member and love how she treats all the residents.
When I asked the business account manager for an itemized invoice I was given a partial invoice that did not reflect the amount of money that was in my mother's account... If you call the main number the phone will ring 20 times before someone answers, or maybe that's just me. Although some of the staff seem nice there was a hint of dishonesty and I felt as if though they were acting suspicious be careful
I can see that my review was removed because it spoke the TRUTH!
