Absolutely terrible customer service, staff members and especially phone receptionist need to learn basic skills on how to treat human beings. Got hung up on after asking a simple question. How can this be an office of caretakers when you can hardly speak to someone correctly?

They have very bad service and unprofessional staff ! They don’t feed your love one, they also steal your loved ones belongings, clothing, this place need too shut down.. my uncle was in his place and we went to visit him every day he had soiled in his adult diaper. They didn’t clean him regularly. He wasn’t fed properly. If anyone said this is a good place go check this place out for yourself and you will see for yourself, just look at it

First, I must say that Dooley on my profile is not the name I use at the facility it's Janet Williams. I'm a resident! Beverly Hills Mission Point it will soon be a year when this administration took over I was very pleased to see how things was coming along I was telling on staff things was going on such as smoking weed and cigarettes talking on the phone earplugs meaning anything else that was wrong.
