The store is nasty-dirty, smells like stale urine and bugs. Prices are hysterically high for the low quality of merchandise.

They have everything. Everyone is always very nice and will go above and beyond to help you. Hate it took me so long to figure out what a gem this place was and I like supporting a good cause.

One good thing is it was semi organized. Prices are high for dirty junk though. They had two waffle makers and both were filthy and one was $15 and the other small plastic one was $7. I can get a new one for the same. We visited for the first time today and it smells exactly like dead body. Strong. I gagged trying to escape. I am wondering if rats or a person died in this store and I’m genuinely concerned. We needed a waffle maker, we quickly looked and left. Horrible.

I was okay with them charging higher than usual prices at first with all they do for others. And they do. But I’m really not okay with disparaging remarks being made, political ideologies being spouted, or ignorant remarks being loudly proclaimed. That fact I just heard all that today with my own ears and how they overcharge for straight up junk… there are better thrift stores that do more and say less.
