Not a place we would recommend both father and mother have been their it’s as if their visit was to run out the Medicare payments nothing more! Don’t answer their phones, don’t return messages, don’t talk to the patients family’s don’t give updates to the families. You ask a question and they say I don’t know but I will get back with you and never do! Their short Staff. Food is bad disregard of food restrictions. I'm here now. Its terrible. Most the staff act like I'm a bother. I realize there are patients that need more attention than myself but I am mostlying ignored. I'm so glad I'm only here temporarily. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The evening meals are horrible! Have to run the hot water for 15 minutes before it gets hot!
The physical and occupational therapy here is to notch. Which is what I'm here for. The staff is all very kind and shows lots of empathy. I'm not good with names, so I can't name anyone in particular. But I was in pretty bad shape when I got here, multiple brien bones and other injuries, and after 3 and 1/2 weeks I am able to go home. I'm very grateful for the wonderful treatment I received here the whole staff and especially from physical therapy and occupational therapy. Had a friend go here and he had an atrocious time. Place is under staffed, patients are ignored for hours on end and left to tend to their own pain and bathroom needs regardless if they are a fall risk or on orders not to move unassisted. This doesn't even begin to address how unprofessional and uncaring staff is and how they flagrant they are at disregarding doctors orders. If your loved one is supposed to go here find anywhere else
Do not place any of your loved ones in this facility. NEGLECTFUL place. I wouldn't give this place any stars if that were an option
