While we're not a user of your services, I just wanted to take a moment to commend your employee Bradley in Prescott. He was working in our vicinity and saw us struggling and went over and above to help my husband and I. Customer service has been a nightmare. They are rude women, and they do not act as if they are interested or care about resolving any issue. I have contacted them for our account multiple times, for 3 months, and issue is still not resolved. We will be looking for services elsewhere.
