Customer service has been a nightmare. They are rude women, and they do not act as if they are interested or care about resolving any issue. I have contacted them for our account multiple times, for 3 months, and issue is still not resolved. We will be looking for services elsewhere.
They are discourteous to the neighborhoods and community around them! Parking in neighborhoods, terribly disruptive to the community. Why doesn't a commercial business have parking in their own business? I've had a van outside my house throughout the year, and this isn't a commercial zone but a lovely neighborhood!
