Please don't get yourself into one of their contracts. They promise and show you great quality sheets/towels and then start bringing you a completely different awful quality as soon as you are locked into a 5 year contract. Because of signing your weekly invoice as that's how they sneakily put that 5 year contract in.You'll be getting terrible quality and they won't let you out of contract.Management will promise that it will change but that will only be for a few months. I was trying to clear up some invoices for one of my locations and during that time I requested copies of the invoices in witch they claimed to send and wouldn't re send. They kept on saying I signed an agreement and when asked proof of that agreement it turned out I did not sign one for that location as my name or email wasn't attached to it. I was lied too by there district manager as well as being threaten with a lawsuit if I didn't pay the invoices when the whole time I did agree I owed for invoices but I never received ... read more

Their contract is binding but they cannot provide the service they are contracted to provide. Calling to resolve the issue leads to receptionists that are incompetent and rude, managers are never in the office, cannot be reached and never return messages. Even if you speak to any of them they promise to resolve the issues but two weeks later, same problems happen again.
