I have low expectations going in but it Wasn’t bad for 9am I went in 8 am but security lady sent me back to come back 10 minutes before 9 (she was nice though) so checked back at 8:50 am and I was done at 10:10 am . Entrance is closer to Milliken ave For unloading you go right at the gate and then turn left, receiving office and the docks are by the spiraling stair case.(shoutout to the friendly receiver Andrew )

Very slow loading.took 4 hours to load 14 pallets.they said they are very busy.appt was 17:00 but they gave me dock at 14:15 after checkin.finished at 18:30. Lady working in office is nice.
